This shipping policy applies to orders placed within the USA and is designed to clearly outline our shipping procedures and costs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Costs
- For orders over $23.96: A shipping fee of 25% of the total order value will be applied.
- For orders $23.96 or less: A flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged.
Transit Time
- Orders are generally in transit for 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us at for assistance.
Important Notes:
- Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping fee and request that you place a new order.
- We cannot make changes to an order once it has shipped.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Delivery Methods
- We deliver throughout the USA using carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
- Carriers are chosen to ensure the most efficient delivery.
- If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, please request a signature service. We are not responsible for lost packages if signature service is not requested. If a package is lost, contact us, and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Tracking Your Order:
- After your item leaves the warehouse, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
- Visit the Track My Order Page to track your order using your tracking number or order number and email address.
Cancellations and Changes
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Change of Address:
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit.

Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged:
- If possible, reject the parcel from the courier and notify our customer service immediately.
- If the parcel was delivered without your presence, contact customer service at for assistance.
Taxes and Duties
- A 12% tax will be applied to all orders.
- We currently do not ship outside the USA, so no international duties apply.
Holiday Delays
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during public holidays due to restricted operations by manufacturers and courier services. While these delays are beyond our control, we will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
